The Lake Superior Marine Museum Association Board of Directors held the 2018 Annual Dinner Meeting on

Saturday, February 3 at Pier B Resort.

Roasted Prime Rib

12 ounce herb crusted prime rib of beef roasted to medium with rosemary au-jus and creamy horseradish sauce- $39 per person

Wood Fire Grilled Salmon

Sockeye salmon wood fire grilled and topped with a brandy pecan glaze - $36 per person

Chicken Marsala

Lightly breaded and pan seared boneless breast of chicken simmered in a rich cream sauce with Marsala wine and mushrooms - $29 per person

All entrées include: a wild rice pilaf, mixed greens, salad and dessert
